The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It fulfils a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, including children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. These services are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organisation for recognised regional hospitals of public interest in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected in its practices, training, and openness to other approaches.

You are a motivated doctor, ready to embark on training to obtain an FMH in psychiatry and psychotherapy, or are already engaged in this training and wish to complete it within a diverse training institute, and you are comfortable in human relations, then your place is at the Fondation de Nant!

THE MISSION

Coordinate the medical, clinical, and organisational activities of the psychiatry teams, as well as coordinate care with external networks and relatives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A doctor engaged in training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (foreign qualification recognised by MEBEKO), who can demonstrate experience in psychiatry and has an interest in applying their skills within a multidisciplinary team. We seek a motivated individual committed to the Fondation’s institutional project, capable of engaging in a relational process, who enjoys interdisciplinary work and has a high degree of autonomy.
