Arm Board Manager (M/F)
Mission
Within this role, attached to our Movement Components Division, you will take responsibility for a production workshop in cutting and finishing, composed of adjustment mechanics and operators. In close collaboration with the other workshops of the Arm Wheels department and support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by guaranteeing the achievement of production objectives and compliance with Patek Philippe standards, while promoting the employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximising productivity and deadlines to achieve objectives.
- Ensure training support and the development of versatility within the workshop.
- Analyse operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operation times.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and guarantee the application of Patek Philippe standards.
- Advance the activity and operational processes of the workshop in close coordination with other workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, internal clients and other departments and divisions.
Profile sought
- Bachelor's degree in microtechnology or mechanical engineering or any equivalent training.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of production management.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and production management tools.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Ease in written and oral communication and good listening skills.
- Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
- Proactive, decision-making and organisational skills.
- Rigor, analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Team spirit and adaptability.
