A hands-on position with real responsibilities

To strengthen our Etoy branch, we are looking for an experienced team leader capable of managing demanding creation sites and leading a team of two to three collaborators.

You will mainly work on landscaping masonry projects, swimming pool construction, and large-scale outdoor developments in the La Côte region and more broadly in French-speaking Switzerland.

We are looking for someone for whom being a team leader means knowing how to anticipate, organise, decide and communicate — while remaining fully involved on site.

Your responsibilities

You will independently manage your sites from preparation to handover:

• daily site organisation and work allocation;
• supervision and support of a team of two to three people;
• reading plans, setting out, levelling and measurements;
• carrying out landscaping masonry work: foundations, walls, stairs, paving, cobbling, edging, concreting and networks;
• participation in the construction of swimming pools and their peripheral landscaping;
• coordination of machinery, materials, suppliers and stakeholders;
• anticipation of needs to avoid site interruptions;
• quality control, finishing, deadlines and compliance with safety regulations;
• professional communication with clients, architects and our technical managers;
• regular and clear reporting on site progress.

You will have real autonomy in organising your work, with support from our technical office when necessary.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as landscaper, equivalent training or solid experience in landscape creation;
• proven experience in leading a small team;
• very good knowledge of landscaping masonry and major developments;
• proficiency in reading plans, setting out and levelling;
• ability to organise a site and anticipate its needs;
• sense of responsibility, efficiency and attention to finishing details;
• ability to communicate properly with a demanding private clientele;
• category B driving licence essential; BE licence appreciated;
• good command of French.

Experience in swimming pool construction is an advantage but not essential. Training in our specific techniques can be provided.
