Production Planner
Your missions
He or she manages the planning of our production under the supervision of the Planning Manager and the Supply Chain Manager. In this capacity, he or she participates in the creation of the production S&OP, drives production plans and coordinates the launch of work orders while maintaining the defined planning parameters.
He or she contributes to the development of selection and requirements calculation tools.
Your activities
- Participate in the creation of the production S&OP,
- Plan production in the short/medium term (monthly load analysis),
- Monitor adherence to the production plan,
- Maintain planning parameters (item and production stations) and evolve management policies,
- Create tools to select and execute launches,
- Be proactive in optimising production management,
- Master and develop the requirements calculation tool,
- Ensure coordination with partner departments (Sales, Production, Procurement, Methods, Quality),
- Ensure consistency between given deadlines and customer commitments,
- Schedule production lines,
- Ensure follow-up of work orders and their timely arrival,
- Execute the launch of work orders,
- Drive workshop performance indicators,

Basic and continuing education
- HES-EPFL engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in IT tools: ERP, Excel, Access
- Knowledge of MS Office, ERP management tools and project management
- Native French speaker with fluent English (min. C1)
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
