Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content using industry-leading authoring tools.
- Manage and optimise Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course administration, user management, testing and platform enhancements.
- Ensure learning content complies with industry standards and functions effectively across digital learning environments.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing operational support and guidance.
- Coordinate technical initiatives, including integrations, system enhancements and third-party solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support product development, quality assurance, testing and deployment activities.
- Monitor and improve operational processes, reporting, certifications and onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business growth through client presentations, solution design and relationship management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in e-learning, digital learning, instructional design or learning technology environments.
- Strong experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Moodle or comparable platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise or similar e-learning authoring tools.
- Solid understanding of SCORM standards and digital content deployment.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality customer support in a B2B environment.
- Strong ability to coordinate technical projects and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
