Do you like everything to run smoothly? Then this position is made for you! You transform buildings and living spaces into places that are not only functional but also pleasant and inspiring. As a concierge, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure the environment is well maintained, and you are the first point of contact for our clients on site.
Your tasks:
- Maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of buildings
- Maintenance of green spaces
- Carry out inspection tasks independently
- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
- Handle various requests and minor repairs
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets
- Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
- Manage small repair projects
- Snow clearance
- Technical on-call duty according to schedule
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as operations agent or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology)
- Good experience in administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Fluency in French
- Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driving licence required (company car provided)
- Autonomy, responsiveness, priority management, good communication
- Sense of interpersonal relations and service
- Ability to work alone or in a team
