Document ManagerDocument Manager – 100% (Fixed-term contract of 6 months minimum)Our recruitment firm, on behalf of one of its clients, a major player in the Geneva medico-social sector, is looking for a Document Manager for a fixed-term contract of at least 6 months. You will join an institution recognized for the quality of its support for residents and will contribute to ensuring rigorous, secure, and compliant document management. This position is an opportunity to put your skills and documentary expertise at the service of a demanding environment that carries values.MissionsAs a Document Manager, you will ensure the management and monitoring of resident files throughout their life cycle, ensuring their quality, security, and compliance.In this capacity, your main responsibilities will be:- Ensure document management and archiving of resident files, both paper and electronic.- Guarantee the quality, completeness, and compliance of files.- Develop, implement, and evolve filing rules, document management, and filing plans.- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements regarding document retention, confidentiality, and data protection.- Guarantee the traceability, accessibility, and security of files throughout their life cycle.- Carry out regular checks of document quality and ensure the follow-up of any anomalies with the departments concerned.- Support and advise teams on good document management practices.- Participate in projects for the improvement and continuous development of document processes.- Develop, update, and evolve procedures, directives, and tools related to document management.ProfileYou are recognized for your rigor, your sense of organization, and your ability to structure information effectively in a complex environment. You have the following qualifications:- HES diploma, federal certificate, or higher education in documentation, archiving, document management, records management, or an equivalent field.- Failing that, a commercial education supplemented by recognized training in document management or archiving.- Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar function. Experience acquired in a health establishment, a nursing home, a public administration, or any environment subject to strict regulatory requirements is a real asset.- Mastery of the principles of document management, filing, and archiving.- Knowledge of legal requirements regarding document retention as well as data protection (FADP/GDPR).- Mastery of standard office tools.- Ability to write procedures, formalize document standards, and support their implementation.- Excellent analytical skills and rigor, methodical mind, and constant concern for quality.- Sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and ethics, and a commitment to continuous improvement.- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with varied stakeholders.- Strong sense of service and quality.What our client offers you- A fixed-term contract of 6 months minimum, with a start date as soon as possible.- A dynamic, professional, and human-sized work environment.- The opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement projects and the optimization of working conditions within a group recognized in the medico-social sector.- Salary based on the Geneva salary scale.Do you wish to put your documentary expertise at the service of a committed institution and participate in the optimization of its processes?
