Flexsis is a major recruitment player in Switzerland, offering extensive expertise and comprehensive coverage (French-speaking Switzerland, Ticino, or German-speaking Switzerland).Digital ToolmakerCompany descriptionWe are looking for several toolmakers with experience for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Geneva: Digital Milling Setter-Operator, digital turning, digital, specialized in specific tooling, in 2x8 and 3x8 shifts.Job descriptionYou will be in charge of:- Changing series, setting up fixtures, collets and tooling, adjusting dimensions, starting up machining centers of the Hermle brand, DMG CTX lathes, Studer S41 and S141 grinding machines- Machining and checking manufactured parts (single parts and very small series)- Precise checks with traditional control tools, 3D control and optical control depending on the parts- Hand finishing of tooling, and assembly of the latter- First-level maintenance- Working in 2x8 and 3x8 shiftsProfile sought- Hold a CFC in polymechanics or a CFC in micromechanics, professional BAC or BTS in mechanical production- Have had a first successful experience of several years in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of watchmaking- Knowledge in the manufacture of punches and stamping dies is a plus- Excellent knowledge in reading technical drawings- Knowledge of control tools including digital control tools- Have a good mechanical technical sense to find quick and effective solutions- Be comfortable with tools for vision tracking to respect visual checks of manufactured parts- Team spirit and cohesion jidc8dfa89aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
