Maintenance Technician

Under the direct responsibility of the Technical and Safety ManagerMaintenance TechnicianUnder the direct responsibility of the Technical and Safety Manager, the person works closely with the Manager and the departments: Employee - : Permanent contract - Effective date: As soon as possibleMaintenance TechnicianYour responsibilities as a Maintenance Technician:- Control and manage the preventive maintenance plan for the residence- Monitor energy and resource efficiency- Undertake plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical engineering work necessary to keep systems safe and ensure that all work undertaken is carried out safely and in accordance with procedures- Respond to all maintenance requests in order of priority defined by the establishment or by your own judgment, working closely with the teams and all internal departments required for staff members- Ensure that spare parts are maintained and used effectively in order to maintain a high level of maintenance quality and manage stocks effectively- Have in-depth knowledge of the establishment's technical systems with a complete logbook of tests and ensure proper compliance with all policies related to the establishment, health and safety hygiene policies, fire safety regulations, etc., in force in the canton of Geneva for hotel establishments- Develop and constantly improve the maintenance service- Commit to continuously improving the efficiency of the technical systems installed in the residence, and overall energy performance by keeping up to date with new technologies or new processes available- Propose improvements for the qualities and objectives set- Supervise and control the activity of external companies- Replace the Technical and Safety Manager during their leave and vacations jidd aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
