Composed of about thirty highly qualified experts, engineers, and project managers, it guarantees our know-how and embodies our commitment to quality and sustainability.As a TCE (All Trades) Specialist, you contribute to the technical, financial, and methodological analysis of construction files with a global all-trades approach in order to produce reliable, competitive offers that are consistent with project constraints. You occupy a central role in the preparation of offers submitted to project owners.TCE SpecialistYour responsibilities and missions:- You analyze tender documents (plans, descriptions, specifications, technical reports, diagnostics, planning, and contractual documents) in order to identify sensitive points, inconsistencies, risks, and constraints specific to construction projects.- You perform or coordinate quantity surveying and all-trades estimates.- You establish cost estimates by CFC and analyze constructive solutions, variants, and alternatives.- You consult companies, suppliers, and subcontractors, analyze and negotiate the offers received in order to build cost prices and consolidate the financial offer.- You participate in the drafting of technical, methodological, and organizational notices as well as phasing, site principles, access, logistics, and maintenance of activities.- You identify the critical points of the offer and propose optimization or value engineering solutions.- You prepare the elements necessary for auditions, defenses, and meetings with the project owner and their representatives.- You collaborate with the design and construction teams and ensure the interface with engineers, architects, companies, and suppliers until the file is transmitted to the construction teams.Why not you?- You hold a degree as an engineer, architect, experienced construction manager, or equivalent in the building sector?- You have confirmed experience in price studies, construction management, or technical project management of construction projects?- You have a good knowledge of the construction market, companies, costs by trade, and cost estimation methods in Switzerland (CFC)?- You are comfortable with complex construction projects, ideally in a general contractor, total contractor, construction economics office, or construction management role?- You demonstrate an analytical mind, rigor, and precision in costing, with an ability to anticipate risks and propose solutions?- You master office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and are comfortable with reading plans and quantity surveying or BIM tools?- You are autonomous, reactive, have a good spirit of synthesis, and appreciate collaboration with various technical interlocutors?- You speak French fluently?
