We are looking for a professional in property accounting for a traditional medium-sized real estate service provider in the city of Lucerne
Your Tasks Independent management of property accounting (rental properties and condominium ownership)
Control of rent collection (dunning process)
Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Implementation of new properties when acquiring mandates including setting up ancillary cost statements
Preparation of off-cycle statements when mandates end
Preparation of evaluations and analyses
Correspondence with owners, tenants, etc.
Our Requirements Solid professional experience in real estate accounting
Passion for real estate accounting
Relevant further training or in training
