(Senior) Manager – Advanced AI & Intelligent Systems

In this Senior Manager role, you guide AI and data strategy at the intersection of complex domains and real-world systems. You shape architectures, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and advance an enterprise AI transformation that scales across clients. You’ll translate research into production-ready solutions, building reusable IP and advising senior leaders on AI-enabled transformations. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on architecture work to deliver measurable impact.

• Define the technical vision and architectures for AI/data solutions
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from problem framing to production-ready systems
• Prototype, test, and turn concepts into scalable, secure implementations
• Create reusable IP, accelerators, and architectural patterns
• Advise senior leaders and translate technology choices for business impact
• Stay close to frontier research to bring valuable ideas into practice
• Drive the innovation agenda and contribute to market presence and pipeline

• 7+ years of experience building or leading sophisticated AI/data solutions in complex environments
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent exceptional experience)
• Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, evaluation and modern AI architectures
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript; ability to prototype and review code
• Experience designing secure, production-grade AI systems with enterprise integration, data privacy, access control and auditability
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs, ontologies, or semantic architectures is a plus
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and senior executives
• Fluency in English; German would be a strong plus
