Technical Service Specialist for Battery Adhesives (m/f/d)

In this role you support product testing and material characterization to drive quality and performance. You will collaborate with the Technical Support team to own product documentation and contribute to root-cause analysis for customer issues. You’ll perform tests, prepare samples, and assist with formulation changes to meet customer needs. This position offers hands-on work in a dynamic lab, with opportunities to influence product improvements and localization efforts.

• Perform product tests and material characterization according to standards
• Own assigned products and maintain technical documentation (specifications, TDs, change records)
• Support root-cause analysis for customer complaints and propose solutions
• Carry out product adjustments, including mixing and formulation changes
• Assist with localization projects and second-sourcing by testing alternatives
• Document all lab work and project activities per guidelines
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Sales on technical topics and improvements

• Completed education as Lab Technician, Chemistry Technician, Materials Laboratory Technician, or equivalent
• Practical experience in materials testing, mixing, and formulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with accurate documentation habits
• Good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
