Overview
As Counsel, EU Regulatory and Compliance, you will partner with the International Team to ensure EU and international legal compliance across Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Compliance. You will draft and review a broad range of agreements, support corporate matters, and help manage regulatory and privacy obligations. This role blends legal strategy, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration to enable Mirum’s growth. You will be onsite in Zug or Basel with flexible remote work per policy, embedding into Mirum’s collaborative culture.

- Draft and review EU contracts (NDA, service, clinical trial, consultancy agreements)
- Manage contract lifecycle data (expiry/renewal tracking, risk thresholds, dashboards)
- Assist rollout of CLM platforms (Salesforce, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Sirion) across departments
- Support compliance with EU corporate structure and promotional regulations
- Summarize findings for EU Legal Counsel and translate legal concepts for business units
- Support affiliates, partners, and personnel in public tenders and regulatory interactions across the EU
- Law degree from accredited EU law school
- Minimum 5 years legal experience in-house or at a multi-country law firm
- Experience in life sciences/pharma is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial, promotion, pricing and life-science laws
- Knowledge of global data privacy laws
- Excellent communication skills
- English mandatory; German/Italian/French/Spanish a plus
- Proven track record in leading teams at executive level
