Overview
In this role you support GMP-regulated monitoring activities by evaluating complex data, improving processes, and driving compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in inspections and improvement efforts. Based in Visp, you will use MODA and LIMS to manage data, investigate excursions, and contribute to robust, compliant monitoring programs. - Collect, evaluate, and summarize monitoring data using MODA, LIMS, and digital analysis tools
- Document GMP-relevant activities and lead investigations of alert or action level excursions
- Drive root-cause investigations and align corrective actions with key stakeholders
- Create, review, and approve DMS documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Improve monitoring processes to enhance data quality, efficiency, and robustness
- Implement monitoring updates and manage MODA-related changes under change control
- Represent the team during inspections, audits, and customer visits
- Degree in life sciences or related field
- Approximately two years of GMP-regulated experience
- Experience in environmental monitoring and/or microbiology (advantage)
- Strong digital skills including Microsoft Office and documentation systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, pharmacopoeias, and EU Annex 1 (ideal but not required)
- English proficiency; German a plus
