Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end apparel and accessories testing to ensure premium, high-performance products. You’ll partner with Design, Development, Materials and Strategy to validate comfort, durability and performance across specialized sports categories. You drive rigorous testing strategies, synthesize insights from real-world and lab data, and present clear recommendations that shape product creation on a global scale. Verantwortungsbereiche- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for durability, comfort and performance across specialized product lines.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative testing, perception studies, and real-world validation to align products with athlete and consumer needs.
- Translate testing results into actionable insights and reports for stakeholders to enable confident decisions.
- Conduct hands-on performance testing and present improvement recommendations to cross-functional partners.
- Provide benchmarking and competitor insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Build and maintain an efficient testing ecosystem with timelines and feedback loops aligned to Product Creation calendars.
- Develop and manage a global tester network of athletes, and organize high-energy testing events to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with testing systems and databases to ensure accurate, high-quality data and optimized reporting flows.
- Lead and contribute to team goals, process improvements, and ongoing evolution of testing methodologies.
- 7+ years of experience focused on the human experience with a product or service.
- Deep knowledge of specialized, high-performance sports apparel and accessories.
- Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to market and to organize global testing logistics.
- Willingness to travel globally and work outside typical hours to align with athlete schedules.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
