Procurement Data Manager / Analyst (EMEA) `

In this contract role, you will support day-to-day procurement operations across Switzerland and EMEA as a Spot Buyer/Procurement assistant. You’ll maintain supplier data, handle purchase orders, obtain and negotiate quotations, assist with contract preparation, and support procurement queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers. You’ll help manage procurement tools and catalogs and contribute to training and process improvements. This position offers international exposure and a path to deepen procurement expertise within a complex organization.

• Maintain supplier data in procurement platforms
• Manage purchase orders

• Assist internal stakeholders and suppliers with procurement queries

• Contribute to user training and process improvements

• Initial experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or logistics
• Structured and analytical approach
• Strong MS Office skills

• Very good German and good English are essential
• Experience with SAP, indirect procurement, financial services, or inside sales is a plus
