Overview
As Team Lead, Digitalization & Integration Projects, you will lead a team of five professionals within Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions in Reinach to drive digital transformation for process industries. You own the technical and commercial direction of project-based offerings, guiding them from opportunity to delivery and value realization. You build cross-functional partnerships with Sales Centers, Product Centers and Business Development to align customer needs with scalable solutions. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering measurable customer impact, expanding repeatable offerings, and accelerating growth in a dynamic digital ecosystem.

- Lead and develop a team of five professionals, coaching project leaders and fostering accountability and learning
- Build trusted relationships with Sales Centers, Product Centers, Business Development and other internal stakeholders to align customer needs and project execution
- Drive commercial growth by managing project pipeline, supporting acquisitions and quotations, and contributing to order intake
- Own the technical and commercial direction of project-based Digital Solutions offerings, ensuring customer-focused, scalable and profitable solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand repeatable solution offerings by addressing portfolio gaps and developing reusable frameworks and delivery models
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, establishing clear ways of working and using KPIs to increase efficiency, transparency and delivery quality
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in project management, business development, digital solutions or similar
- Strong understanding of Industrial IoT solutions, digital architectures and process automation technologies (e.g., HART, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, WirelessHART, APL)
- Combination of technical understanding with commercial and solution-oriented business acumen
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented with hands-on approach to identify opportunities and deliver business impact
- Ability to build relationships across functions, cultures and levels in a global matrix organization
- Resilience and adaptability in complexity and change while delivering results and learning
- Experience with sales enablement and project management tools such as Salesforce and Planview
- Strong English; additional languages advantageous; willingness to travel
