Overview
In this executive role, you shape the Quality & EOHS strategy for Burckhardt Compression across the Group and two divisions. You drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, partnering with executive management to align quality with the company mission. You lead a global quality program, safeguard assets, and foster a culture of safety and wellbeing. This position offers strategic impact, cross-divisional influence, and leadership across diverse teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Define and govern the Quality & EOHS framework in the Group
- Design dashboards and ensure effective reporting across the organization
- Coordinate quality activities globally across functions and legal entities
- Develop and run mental health campaigns for employee wellbeing
- Improve supplier quality and address client quality requirements
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in processes, products, and projects
- Support R&D gate review processes and document improvement action plans
- Establish Quality Assurance Plans for existing and new projects/products
- Lead project review meetings to monitor progress and alignment with goals
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 across entities
- Organize internal and external audits for compliance and continuous improvement
- Provide functional leadership for the Quality function in a divisional and regional matrix
- Safeguard assets and ensure information security related to quality
- University degree in engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in quality and supplier quality at operational and strategic levels
- Global exposure to companies operating in diverse markets
- Proven experience with QMS and EOHS in a similar industry
- Proven leadership of large,跨-location teams and cross-cultural management
- Proficient English (written and spoken); German advantageous
- Strong leadership, influencing, and people development skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
