Line Coach Maintenance

In this role, you ensure reliable operation of manufacturing lines through proactive and reactive maintenance. You will lead technical guidance during complex breakdowns and optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies. You collaborate across cross-functional teams to uphold safety and quality while transferring knowledge to technicians. • Act as technical reference for the area and provide leadership during complex breakdowns without direct hierarchical authority
• Ensure equipment reliability via structured troubleshooting, RCA, and implementing sustainable corrective actions
• Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies, define scope and standards for N1, N2, N3 maintenance, and follow up on inspection/actions
• Coach and support technicians, transfer critical technical knowledge, and develop their autonomy while ensuring standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with SUVA safety regulations and HSE standards during all technical interventions

• Completed vocational training (BTS, Federal Diploma, or equivalent) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or related field
• Significant experience in industrial maintenance with proven expertise in complex equipment and systems
• Strong ability to read technical drawings and perform machine setup and adjustments
• Proficient in troubleshooting methodologies, RCA/8D, and structured problem-solving for complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and occasional weekends
• Languages: French and/or German and/or English
