Overview
As a hands-on software engineer in Nexthink’s AI research team, you will build fast, real-world AI prototypes and evaluate their value for users. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to shape prototypes that can become products. Your work balances technical depth with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring designs are adaptable for future productization. This role offers the chance to experiment with AI while contributing to a broader mission of proactive IT体验 optimization.

- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong foundation in software engineering, system design and architecture (enterprise-scale or distributed systems)
- Proven experience turning ideas from prototype into real, used software
- Hands-on, code-first mindset with comfort in ambiguity and research-driven work
- Obsessed with user experience and able to judge when something is good enough for customers
- Strong interest in AI and willingness to experiment with AI tooling (LLMs)
- Willingness to take technical ownership and mentor less experienced engineers
