Electronics Industrialization Engineer

In this role you drive the industrialization of new electronics products within a leading vacuum technology company. You will collaborate across EMS partners and internal teams to qualify production, create test tools and production documents, and standardize processes. Your work enables smooth production ramp and change management for ongoing product development. This is a hands-on, international role with meaningful impact on product reliability and manufacturing excellence.

• Accompany the industrialization process of new electronics products until final acceptance
• Support EMS partners and internal departments to ensure production process qualification
• Develop test tools for product verification
• Create production documentation
• Execute and document first article inspections
• Standardize production processes
• Support electronics product development
• Coordinate and implement product changes as part of change management

• Bachelor in Electronics / Master in Mechatronic Engineering
• Experience in electronics development (analog, digital, uC, power electronics)
• Experience in programming (C, C#, SPS) and ECAD-tools (ALTIUM)
• Hands-on work style and ability to accomplish tasks quickly
• International travel 5–10%
