Overview
In this role you lead Finance Operations at bexio, driving the move from a traditional ERP to a connected app ecosystem. You will automate accounting and collections with AI-driven tools, enabling touchless processes. You manage a team, uphold internal controls, and partner with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll shape digitalization projects within a growing SaaS company and contribute to scalable, compliant finance operations.

- Automate accounting and collections using AI-driven tools
- Lead and develop the Finance Operations team with a culture of ownership
- Prepare financial statements under Swiss OR and ensure accurate VAT reporting
- Maintain an effective Internal Control System (ICS) including revenue assurance
- Serve as the central liaison for auditors
- Act as strategic partner within Finance and lead cross-functional projects
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with several years in a leadership role
- Experience in a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment
- Degree in business administration; advanced accounting/auditing/digital leadership training is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and digital workflows
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and ERP landscapes
