Overview
In this role you will own the UX strategy for a high-load healthcare cloud platform, shaping user experiences across clinical and engineering workflows. You’ll collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs and reusable components. You will drive end-to-end UX from problem framing to implementation, ensuring design quality through close alignment with development and design systems. This is an opportunity to impact dental care delivery worldwide by blending clinical needs with cloud-enabled solutions. - Own end-to-end UX topics from definition through implementation follow-up
- Scope UX requirements with team and stakeholders
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specs informed by UX research
- Collaborate with development and design system teams to translate concepts into reusable components and ensure quality
- Work with product managers, UX teammates, developers, and clinical experts to integrate design solutions into the clinical app development process
- Stay updated on trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience and drive innovation
- Bachelor or Master in Design, UX, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years as UX/product or interaction designer with experience owning complex product areas
- Strong portfolio of UX design projects and process
- Experience designing complex, workflow-driven B2B applications in technically demanding domains
- Experience with global, multi-disciplinary UX teams
- Proficiency in UCD methodologies (prototyping, journeys, personas)
- Strong analytics and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders
- Business English fluency
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch
- Willingness to visit the office once per week
