Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments, working closely with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready components from day one. You own end-to-end tech delivery across configuration, integration, and full-stack deployment for large customers. You’ll build AI agents, data pipelines, and PoCs/MVPs that translate business challenges into deployable solutions, delivering measurable outcomes and knowledge for customer teams.

• Design and implement AI agents and experiences with end-to-end ownership from architecture to production deployment
• Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and related customer data platforms; maintain KPI dashboards
• Lead and contribute to Proofs of Concept (PoC) and Minimum Viable Products (MVP) to accelerate deployment
• Identify platform gaps and customer insights; collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into deployable agentic solutions
• Engage with customer architects and sales teams to ensure technical delivery meets customer needs

• 5 or more years of software engineering or technical delivery experience
• Experience with at least one production system (AI stack, full-stack, or LLMs)
• Proficiency in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering; understanding of APIs, data modeling, and integration patterns
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work in fast-moving, build-oriented environments
