Group Senior Manager Quality Applications

In this role you will lead the global Quality Applications agenda to enable compliant, scalable digital solutions that drive manufacturing excellence. You partner with global Quality and Manufacturing teams to translate needs into value-driven software, oversee lifecycle and governance, and manage strategic partnerships. • Define and execute the global Quality Applications strategy aligned with business objectives and compliance.
• Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Global Quality and Manufacturing to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Lead demand management, BPM, and application lifecycle management for the global Quality landscape.
• Drive global implementation and continuous improvement of Quality applications with GxP, IT security, and lifecycle standards.
• Manage strategic application projects from planning to execution with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure service excellence via governance, SLA management, and vendor performance.
• Own CAPEX and OPEX planning, monitor budgets, and optimize costs for measurable business value.
• Promote harmonized global processes and application standards focusing on user experience and digital transformation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration).
• 10+ years in IT business applications, consulting, or digital transformation, preferably in pharma/life sciences.
• Proven experience managing enterprise Quality applications in regulated GxP environments.
• Strong understanding of Quality processes, application lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading global implementations using Agile, PMI, or similar methodologies.
• Experience managing external software vendors and strategic partners.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills for senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with enterprise Quality Management solutions such as Veeva, Trackwise, Generis, Ennov or equivalents.
• Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
