Overview
In this role you manage end-to-end online and e-commerce projects within DEPT's Zurich Experience & Engineering unit. You coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain milestones, and ensure projects meet time and budget goals. You act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams, applying risk, control, and reporting practices to drive successful outcomes. You’ll engage with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a culture of collaboration and impactful digital experiences.

- Plan and coordinate complex online and e-commerce projects with milestone tracking
- Manage projects from offer preparation to budget and timeline control
- Serve as central interface among internal/external stakeholders and implementing teams
- Advise clients with proactive, confident communication
- Apply stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting practices
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams across locations and maintain close daily contact
- 3+ years in a client-facing agency role or corporate consulting
- Fluent in German and English
- Practical experience in digital or e-commerce project implementation
- Experience in (multi-)project management and familiar with classic and agile methods/tools (e.g., Asana or Jira)
- Skilled in cost overviews and offers creation
- Ability to develop project plans with milestones/dependencies and document deadlines with clients
- Independent, structured, quality-focused, and responsible work style
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy/UX/UI/Dev/QA to achieve goals
