Senior IAM Consultant (m/f/d) – One Identity Manager

Senior IAM Consultant focused on One Identity Manager, responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions. You will lead technical architecture, integrate core systems, and guide customer projects from requirements to go-live. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams, as well as developing customer-specific synchronizations and scripts. This position offers hybrid/remote work in Switzerland and a chance to shape enterprise IAM architecture.

• Technical ownership and architecture design for IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager
• Consulting and support to design, integrate, and evolve IAM environments including AD, Entra ID, SAP, LDAP, REST/SCIM
• Partial project management from requirements through go-live
• Engage with business units, IT, and external stakeholders
• Develop customer-specific synchronizations, processes, and scripts in .NET/VB.NET and SQL
• Contribute to internal IAM architecture knowledge

• Several years of IAM experience, ideally with One Identity Manager (synchronization, provisioning, attestation, role/permission modeling)
• Strong .NET/VB.NET, T-SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID, SAP integration, cloud and API tech (REST, SCIM)
• Experience in (partial) technical project management
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or comparable qualification
• Strong communication, structured work style, confidence with customers and stakeholders
• Fluent German and English
