Overview
In this role you help clients modernise their data landscapes and unlock value from data and AI. You will design and implement data management solutions, shape data strategies, and lead end-to-end transformations in cross-functional teams. You’ll build trusted client relationships, drive go-to-market efforts, and share knowledge to grow the practice. The work blends technology, governance, and business insight to enable data-driven decisions at scale.

- Modernise clients' digital landscapes using cloud-based platforms and big data architectures
- Design and implement data management solutions (quality, master/reference data, catalogues, data platforms)
- Develop data strategies aligned with regulatory, cost, and revenue objectives
- Lead complex data & analytics transformations with architectural and organizational guidance
- Take responsibility for end-to-end project management from advisory to deployment
- Foster trusted client relationships and contribute to business development
- Define go-to-market strategies for strategic topics and drive execution
- Engage with key customers to expand projects and establish market presence
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams for data management/engineering delivery
- Mentor and develop junior colleagues
- 6+ years of relevant experience in data governance, data management, data engineering or analytics in a consultancy, tech company or industry
- Experience leading Data & Analytics teams and projects in multidisciplinary settings
- Strong management and prioritisation skills with ability to handle multiple projects
- Consulting and communication skills including selling and presenting to stakeholders
- Business-IT translator capability to align business needs with technical solutions
- Technical expertise in data management or cloud data platforms with hands-on vendor experience
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Collibra, Informatica, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with data platforms on cloud (data lakehouses) and vendors such as Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks
- Ability to articulate and defend a hybrid data architecture to senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; German and/or French preferred
