Overview
As Sales Manager at Bilfinger Life Science, you will drive strategic account development and revenue for plant engineering and piping projects across pharma/biopharma and related industries. You will expand a structured sales pipeline, manage key relationships with customers and planners, and lead contract negotiations and offers. Your role includes rigorous revenue forecasting, CRM data maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration on international projects. This position offers exposure to exciting, global life science programs and a pathway to shape customer-centric growth within Bilfinger’s Life Science division.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Evaluate and develop strategic accounts
- Expand and maintain a sales pipeline through market, competition, and customer analyses
- Ensure order intake and revenue generation
- Expand and maintain relationships with customers and planners in EU and global territories
- Implement and advance structured sales and marketing strategies
- Prepare and execute contract negotiations and create offers and agreements
- Regular reporting and revenue forecasting; maintain customer and project data in the CRM system
- Experience in sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably Pharma & Biopharma
- Industry knowledge or existing network with decision-makers in Pharma/Biopharma
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Native-level German; business-fluent English (written and spoken)
- High interpersonal skills and self-motivation
- Basic knowledge of contract law
