Overview
As Global Regulatory Strategy Specialist, you will shape Solenis' regulatory direction across markets, ensuring compliance and enabling growth. You’ll bridge Regulatory Affairs with Innovation, Sustainability, and commercial teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. You will translate complex regulations into actionable guidance for leadership and collaborate with industry groups to strengthen Solenis’ external influence. This role offers meaningful impact on product portfolios and sustainability initiatives at a global scale.

- Monitor emerging global regulatory developments affecting Solenis products and markets
- Develop regulatory trend analyses and strategic impact assessments for leadership
- Lead or contribute to quarterly regulatory outlook reports and intelligence publications
- Identify regulatory risks and long-term implications for the business
- Maintain regulatory intelligence processes, tools, and knowledge sharing
- Represent Solenis in trade associations and stakeholder forums
- Manage strategic relationships with external regulatory and industry bodies
- Partner with Innovation, R&D, and Product Stewardship to support new product development
- Support development and maintenance of global regulatory policies, procedures, governance frameworks
- Provide regulatory support for corporate sustainability initiatives
- Translate regulatory developments into business guidance and communications
- Prepare executive briefings, white papers, and strategic summaries
- Support internal regulatory knowledge platforms and dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Toxicology, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
- Experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, regulatory strategy, government affairs, environmental compliance, or related fields
- Experience supporting global chemical, specialty chemical, cleaning, water treatment, biocide, or industrial product portfolios (preferred)
- Working knowledge of global chemical regulations such as REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, CEPA, UK REACH, and K-REACH
- Familiarity with regulatory impact assessment, regulatory intelligence, and horizon-scanning practices
- Strong communication and ability to translate complex regulations into business guidance
