Overview
In this role you will fortify the Swiss bank’s regulatory reporting and compliance framework, focusing on capital, large exposures, and SNB/FINMA requirements. You will work within the Finance Department to interpret regulations, produce accurate reports, and support audits and regulatory projects. Your efforts help ensure Basel-compliant capital metrics and robust risk oversight while collaborating with stakeholders across the bank. This is a chance to shape Swiss regulatory reporting in a global firm that values ethics and precision.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Regulatory compliance for key ratios and ongoing reporting
- Calculate and report Large Exposures and risk diversification metrics
- Monitor Capital, RWAs and Basel-based capital adequacy reporting
- Interpret SNB/FINMA regulatory requirements and implement changes
- Oversee liquidity and statistical reporting to SNB/FINMA
- Serve as regulatory contact for new business activities
- Advise on lending limits and collateral eligibility against regulatory rules
- Liaise with regulators on interpretations
- Manage external and internal regulatory audits
- Participate in local and global regulatory projects (automations, systems developments, new products)
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years’ experience in Regulatory Reporting within Banking
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organization and flexible mindset
- Excellent communication and team player
- Fluency in English
- German language competency desirable
