You will translate client needs into standardized solutions, guide projects with the Project Manager, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You’ll mentor colleagues, contribute to product enhancements, and promote cross-regional knowledge sharing. • Own key components and workstreams in SimCorp One implementation projects
• Understand client requirements and financial instrument lifecycle across banks, asset managers, and insurers
• Translate requirements into standard SimCorp One solutions and design enhancements for value delivery
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure project success
• Serve as a point of contact for clients on SimCorp One related matters
• Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Prepare functional/business requirements for product enhancements and collaborate with Product Management
• Identify opportunities for additional value-added services and act as trusted advisor
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and best practices
• Participate in international knowledge exchange across regions and market units

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking, asset management, insurance, or consulting
• Experience with SimCorp One is highly desirable or proven track record of implementing financial software solutions
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong team spirit and passion for sharing knowledge
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with customer focus and quality commitment
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Occasional travel as required to support client engagements
