Fulfillment Specialist (80-100%)

In this role you oversee the end-to-end purchasing and fulfillment process within SAP, ensuring on-time delivery and production alignment. You act as the central liaison for purchasing, supplier performance, and logistics, driving improvements in data integrity and process efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances and recover from delays, shaping a reliable supply chain. • Manage end-to-end purchasing lifecycle in SAP from PO creation to expediting aligned with production and delivery deadlines
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, lead times) and conduct reviews to strengthen partnerships
• Oversee inbound logistics, freight, and customs clearance; handle urgent deliveries and non-conformance reports
• Analyze order backlog, identify root causes of delays, implement recovery plans, and ensure data integrity of supplier EDI
• Proactively identify process improvements to fulfillment and respond to dynamic priorities

• Experience in a similar manufacturing/industrial role
• Strong hands-on SAP knowledge
• Fluent in English and Italian
