Business Transformation Manager – Operations (80-100%)

In this role you drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Operations to deliver the 2030 transformation. You translate strategy into measurable outcomes, coordinating programs across Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions. You will enable data-driven, scalable improvements through governance, reporting and executive alignment. You’ll shape operating model changes, digitalisation, automation and AI adoption, contributing to a more efficient, future-ready bank.

• Drive delivery of initiatives within the Operations 2030 roadmap from planning to implementation
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Operations, Technology, Data Office, HR and Control Functions
• Establish governance, steering committees and executive reporting
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and value creation to ensure delivery
• Challenge processes to simplify and optimise operational performance
• Facilitate executive decision-making with analyses and recommendations
• Support initiatives around operating model transformation, digitalisation, data, automation and AI
• Foster alignment across stakeholder groups in a matrix environment
• Contribute to change management and adoption across teams

• Experience in business transformation, consulting, programme management or operational leadership in financial services
• Proactive, results-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and change influence
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing at multiple levels
• Structured, pragmatic problem-solving and execution approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, portfolio management and executive reporting
• Advantageous: banking operations or financial services experience, operating model transformation, digital transformation, process optimisation, data governance or AI initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in English and French
• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
