Overview
As a Specialist in the Business Support Unit, you will manage a Non-Life reinsurance portfolio, ensuring accurate treaty administration and financial processes. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, support the quarterly close, and contribute to regulatory compliance and financial reporting. You’ll continuously deepen your knowledge of reinsurance accounting, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards. This role offers an opportunity to influence the accuracy of financial statements and support cross-functional teams in a collaborative, flexible setting.

- Maintain expertise in reinsurance accounting processes to support stakeholders
- Coordinate data and documentation for external audits
- Contribute to the quarterly closing and ensure regulatory/reporting compliance
- Support financial reporting and accuracy of financial statements
- Provide administrative support to the team and improve departmental efficiency
- Continuously develop technical knowledge of reinsurance, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience in Non-Life reinsurance accounting
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Technical flair and ability to learn specialized systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of IFRS 17 is a plus
