Overview
In this role, you will drive transversal IT and data transformation initiatives for a luxury-sector client, aligning business priorities with target architecture and technology choices. You will coordinate across Data Office, IT, architecture, security, and business teams to ensure structured delivery and pragmatic decision-making. Your work supports portfolio rationalization, governance, and knowledge transfer to enable sustainable project outcomes. The position offers exposure to enterprise-scale transformation with a focus on data, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Set up and manage project governance (scope, RACI, decision bodies, cadence, reporting, risk/issue logs)
- Drive application portfolio rationalization, assess redundancies, and coordinate decommissioning or convergence
- Ensure decisions align with target architecture, standards, integration patterns, and roadmap constraints
- Create integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Prepare materials for project and steering committees and deliver regular status updates
- Coordinate workshops with stakeholders, document outputs, translate into actionable plans
- Support business analysis by converting needs into deliverables, roadmaps, and follow-up actions
- Contribute to change management and knowledge transfer through communication materials and training support
- Promote structured decision-making based on value, feasibility, risks, and priorities
- 5+ years leading transversal IT, Data Office or digital transformation projects in complex environments
- Strong project management skills with governance, stakeholder management and reporting abilities
- Solid understanding of information system transformation and portfolio rationalization
- Experience with enterprise architects, data teams, integration teams, security and business owners
- Ability to structure assessments, identify overlaps, and coordinate execution roadmaps
- Strong analytical and business analysis capabilities to translate needs into deliverables
- Experience with project/portfolio/governance tools; knowledge of Orchestra is a plus
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMI-ACP or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent communication in English and French
