Overview
In this Technical Presales Consultant role, you will support partners and internal sales with in-depth IBM Data & AI and Automation expertise. You’ll help design data and AI solutions, deliver demos and POCs, and contribute to technical proposals while advancing your own IBM tech proficiency. You’ll work closely with senior presales colleagues in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. This position offers a clear path toward senior presales and hands-on exposure to enterprise tech at TD SYNNEX.

- Support partners and sales teams in technical presales engagements
- Contribute to solution designs for data platforms, AI use cases, and automation scenarios
- Assist in technical presentations, product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate on proposals and RFP responses from a technical perspective
- Participate in partner enablement and training sessions
- Gradually build deep expertise in IBM technologies through hands-on experience and certifications
- Technical background in Data, AI, Automation, or Integration
- Initial experience in technical consulting, engineering, or presales is advantageous
- Interest in customer-facing roles and solution design
- Experience with IBM Software is welcome but not required
- Exposure to Hybrid Cloud, containers or OpenShift is a plus
