(Junior) IT Security Officer (80% - 100%)

In this role you will contribute to the IT security program of Rothschild & Co Bank AG in Switzerland, focusing on threat and vulnerability management, security operations, and risk reduction. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement controls, coordinate testing, and support audits, aligning with ISO 27001 and NIST guidance. • Lead TVM activities and track threats and remediation KPIs
• Coordinate and manage penetration tests, red team exercises, and security assessments
• Maintain a centralized remediation tracking process for vulnerabilities
• Collaborate on deploying IT security technologies across control areas
• Execute and maintain daily security operations
• Support IT projects and drive security initiatives to improve cybersecurity hygiene
• Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures
• Implement and monitor IT security controls to meet regulatory standards
• Provide audit support with documented controls and evidence
• Offer advisory support through documentation reviews, assessments, and foresight

• Master degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Self-motivated, organized, delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English; additional languages desirable
• Understanding of IT security architecture concepts and best practices
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German, French, Italian desirable
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIST Cybersecurity Framework preferred
• Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and their technology implications preferred
