Overview
In this role you design, implement, and optimize IT Service Management solutions for UBS Card Center using BMC Helix ITSM SaaS. You gather customer needs, tailor workflows, and ensure smooth delivery with cross-functional teams. You drive automation and process improvements across incident, problem, change, and service requests to boost efficiency and compliance. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of IT and business, shaping scalable ITSM capabilities in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

- Analyze customer requirements and translate ITSM needs into clear specifications
- Design and implement custom workflows in BMC Helix ITSM, including automation
- Develop, debug, and optimize ITSM components for incident, problem, change, and service requests
- Configure, customize, and enhance systems to meet business needs
- Collaborate with developers, service managers, and business users to ensure successful ITSM implementations
- Create and maintain technical documentation including workflow designs, mappings, and blueprints
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM SaaS and Remedy
- Strong understanding of BMC Helix Innovation Studio
- Expertise in developing workflows using BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog
- Solid ITSM process knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Asset, Knowledge)
- Scripting/automation skills (JavaScript, Python, Shell)
- German and English communication skills with cross-functional teamwork
