Overview
In this role you will independently perform physico-chemical QC tests on biologics, small molecules and related entities in a cGMP environment, ensuring right-first-time data and timely release. You will support equipment maintenance, method validation, and process improvements, contributing to compliant laboratory operations. You join a globally connected team dedicated to advancing patient therapies and upholding strong quality standards. This is a hands-on position with training, equipment ownership, and opportunities to influence analytical infrastructure.

- Execute routine physico-chemical testing (U/HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, protein content, pH, etc.) for biologics and small molecules under cGMP
- Perform laboratory operations tasks (mobile phase prep, calibration/troubleshooting)
- Assist in equipment investigations and provide technical input to the Business Process Owner
- Maintain 6s standards for inventory and consumables and support audit readiness
- Lead maintenance/requalification of laboratory equipment with external vendors as Instrument Responsible Person
- Train others on equipment and analytic methods
- Support analytical method validation or transfers as required
- Contribute to laboratory optimization and process improvement initiatives
- Support Pikett Service for Drug Product analytical infrastructure
- Working experience in a research/technical role in pharmaceutical, biotech or chemical industry with analytical testing
- Experience in a cGMP regulated environment in phys-chem analytics; reporting and documentation according to ALCOA++ GDocP
- Experience with laboratory software (e.g., Empower, Electronic Laboratory Journal, LIMS) is advantageous
- Good communication, ability to work independently and in a team, proactive attitude
