Overview
As Construction Manager CSA on a Data Center project, you lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope to deliver safely, on time, and within quality and budget. You coordinate CSA with MEP interfaces and drive short-term planning with look-ahead schedules. You oversee subcontractors and site teams, ensuring smooth handovers to commissioning. Your role focuses on risk-aware progress and strict adherence to Swiss regulations and standards. This is a pivotal position shaping critical data center infrastructure in the Zurich region.

- Lead and coordinate CSA works on a large-scale Data Center project ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule compliance
- Manage subcontractors, supervisors and site teams; drive 2-, 4-, and 8-week look-ahead planning and daily coordination
- Oversee interfaces between CSA and MEP; ensure timely handover to commissioning and installation teams
- Monitor progress, productivity and resources; proactively identify risks and recovery actions
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Swiss regulations, SIA standards, fire protection, HSE and quality management processes
- 8-10+ years of construction experience with site management responsibility
- Experience on hyperscale Data Center or other complex projects with CSA and MEP interfaces
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors; drive planning and sequencing
- Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, specifications and schedules; QA, snagging and handovers
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline; experience with Swiss standards (SIA/VKF) and Primavera P6 is an advantage
