Overview
In this senior role you will design, build, and operate mission-critical financial systems in a distributed, low-latency environment. You will own end-to-end architecture and delivery, collaborating across全球 teams to enable a new digital channel integrated with the e-banking platform. You shape scalable backend services, balance performance with reliability, and act as a technical authority in complex financial workloads. This is an opportunity to influence architecture and operational models on a high-visibility initiative that ties wealth management to digital client experiences.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Design and evolve robust distributed systems balancing scalability, latency, consistency and fault tolerance
- Apply distributed systems principles to real-world financial workloads
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Optimize end-to-end latency, asynchronous processing and I/O
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks via profiling and load testing
- Integrate complex financial platforms and third-party services ensuring data integrity and resilience
- Contribute to digital client channels by powering backend services in the e-banking ecosystem
- Design reliable messaging and integration flows using JPA, JDBC templates, JMS and event-driven patterns
- Code quality and best practices: reviews, testing, CI/CD
- Apply financial-grade engineering principles (auditability, security, controlled change)
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables
