Overview
In this role you will lead Engineering, Facilities, Operational Excellence and Project Engineering across sites, driving CI, Lean, and digitalisation to boost efficiency and quality. You will oversee major Capex projects and partner with site leadership to set technical standards and growth plans. You will build and guide multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, reliable operations while enabling scalable expansion. This position focuses on transforming engineering and operations to support long-term growth in a multinational food manufacturing environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche- Lead Engineering, Facilities, Operational Excellence and Project Engineering across the business
- Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean and digitalisation to improve efficiency, quality and scalability
- Lead and support major Capex projects including site expansions and facility upgrades
- Partner with site leadership and senior stakeholders to establish technical standards and growth strategies
- Develop and lead multidisciplinary technical teams ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operating environment
- Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing MUST be in the food industry
- Strong background across engineering, maintenance, facilities, operational excellence and project management
- Proven track record delivering organisational and process improvements through CI, Lean and digital transformation
- Experience managing significant Capex investments, technical standards and asset life cycle management
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and strong stakeholder management
