Associate Robotics Specialist

In this role you drive the identification, evaluation, and deployment of advanced robotics and intelligent automation to transform emerging technologies into scalable manufacturing solutions. You collaborate with project teams, R&D, engineering hubs, factories, and partners to accelerate Nestlé’s innovation mission. You will tackle automation challenges from concept to deployment, delivering reliable, maintainable solutions that improve safety and efficiency. • Build and apply robotics expertise to create smarter, safer manufacturing solutions
• Scout and assess emerging technologies for practical automation concepts
• Support robotics projects from opportunity framing through pilot to industrial deployment
• Deliver work packages covering design reviews, commissioning, start-up and qualification with a focus on quality, safety, and reliability
• Translate validated concepts into maintainable automation solutions reusable across use cases
• Share knowledge, documentation and training to strengthen robotics capability across the community

• Hands-on knowledge of robotics, automation, mechatronics, or industrial engineering projects
• Practical exposure to robotics integration, end-of-arm tooling, mobile robotics, machine vision, sensors, or robot safety
• Experience with programming, data analysis, simulation, or digital twin tools to support technical recommendations
• Strong collaboration across technical and operational teams; proactive, autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity; safety and quality focus
• Excellent English communication; French a plus
