We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy General Manager to support the operational and strategic management our two hotels both located in the same building (including restaurants, 3 seminar rooms, and a multi-purpose event space). You will report and work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a hotel school with a first management experience, eager to develop their leadership and operational skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Operational Support

  • Provide hands-on support to all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Technical, Reservations, and Sales.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external teams: Revenue Management, External HSK company
  • Oversee the 3 seminar rooms and multi-purpose event space, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Management & Leadership

  • Act as the primary contact in the General Manager's absence, ensuring continuity of operations and decision-making.
  • Replace department managers during absences, with a focus on maintaining service quality and team motivation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of ~46 collaborators, fostering a culture of excellence, adaptability, and collaboration.
  • Administrative & HR Support

  • HR: recruitment, onboarding, training, Payroll and day to day tasks
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Prepare reports and analyse operational data to support decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to process optimization, digitalization, and organizational projects
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement best practices.
