Recognized by health insurance, AxelCare contributes to the maintenance of patients at home through quality care provided by its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the health field. AxelCare offers its services in the fields of dietary and artificial nutrition to patients at home and is looking for our regional team in Valais-Chablais-Riviera: A Dietitian ASDD at 80 – 100% For the Sion-Sierre region CDI immediately or as agreed Your missions Ensure dietary consultations on prescription at the home of patients with the nursing teams of EMS X advise on the nutritional management of residents Proactively maintain our partnerships and collaborate closely with all our partners (hospitals, home care structures, family doctors, and EMS) Offer our services to partners Support for managing treatment through health insurance Participate in your own and continuous improvement of AxelCare's operations Your profile Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nutrition and dietetics (for foreign diplomas, CRS recognition required) Interest in clinical nutrition and autonomy in working interdisciplinarily Proficiency with common tools Driving license Knowledge of German and/or Swiss-German (oral and written) One we offer Work from home Autonomy in various tasks within a dynamic team If you are eager to take on this challenge and contribute to the development of our growing company, apply!
