Process Engineer / Plasma RIE Etching

Focuslight develops and manufactures state-of-the-art micro-optical components in Hauterive (Neuchâtel, Switzerland) and supplies customers worldwide. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a: Process Engineer / Plasma X. Tasks:- Ensure daily production, organize, implement, and maintain the process flow.- Improve Plasma X etching processes to reduce production costs and increase production capacity.- Establish reliable conditions for plasma etching machines.- Identify and prevent machine failures.- Detect non-conformities affecting production, report and then find solutions.- Inspect and perform maintenance on machines and equipment to minimize downtime.- Create and update work instructions and process documents.- Collaborate with the lithography and metrology departments for processes and supervise staff.Profile:- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Microtechnology or equivalent experience in the industry.- Interest in microtechnology, etching processes, and analysis methods.- Proficiency in common tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Independent, meticulous, punctual with a good team spirit.- Knowledge of English and mechanical skills are a plus.We offer:- A dynamic environment.- Experience on high vacuum machines and metrology tools.- A multicultural environment.- Good working conditions. jid727c88faen jit0313aen jpiy26aen
