What drives you:- Ensure internal control (SCI) of unemployment benefit files across French-speaking Switzerland in accordance with the regulations regarding the cases LTN (law on undeclared work) of French-speaking Switzerland, according to the rules with the authorities, employers, and insured persons.- Technical support (level 1) at sites in French-speaking Switzerland and discussion of complex cases with the competence center.- Process claims for benefits in cases of RHT (reduced working hours) and bad weather.- Implement SECO revision decisions in the area.- Assist at the competence center.What you bring:- Completed vocational training (CFC) with professional experience in the field of social insurance, preferably in unemployment insurance.- Good knowledge of labor law, social insurance, and the code of unemployment insurance.- Experience as a specialist in an unemployment insurance fund.- Mastery of common tools (MS Office) and the ASAL-SIPAC program.- Perfect command of French (another language is an asset for public service) and a high social sensitivity related to our activities and values.What we offer you: The Unia unemployment insurance fund guarantees you modern working conditions and good benefits.
