We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients. /ppbBusiness Risk Manager (80-100%) - LO Patrimonia  /b /ppLO Patrimonia is an entity of Lombard Odier Group providing wealth planning and fiduciary services. With a team of forty experts whose skills cover Switzerland, the main European jurisdictions and other regions of the world, LO Patrimonia serves clients of the Lombard Odier Group exclusively. To cope with a growing and challenging regulatory environment, we are looking for a Risk and Control Officer. /ppThe person will maintain an operational risk control plan and perform controls to ensure LO Patrimonia complies with its regulatory obligations and mitigates risks in accordance with Lombard Odier Group’s requirements. This includes the improvement of operational efficiency of tools and processes. /ppThe person will work closely with LO Patrimonia’s management and legal/compliance responsible person as well as collaborate with other departments of Lombard Odier Group in the field of risk, operational and technology management. /ppbYOUR MISSION /b /pliMaintain LO Patrimonia’s risk control environment including governance, risk committee and reportings in accordance with Group Risk’s requirements /liliMonitor activities and perform and/or consolidate controls for the risk committee /liliPerform controls to monitor LO Patrimonia’s compliancy with regulatory obligations /liliAct as data owner /liliAct as Business Risk Manager and support LO Patrimonia’s management to comply with Lombard Odier Group Risk’ requirements /liliCoordinate Internal Audit requests with relevant stakeholders and implement recommendations /liliManage the delivery of multiple projects requested by LO Patrimonia’s management or legal/compliance responsible person from initial analysis to implementation /liliCollaborate to wider legal and regulatory projects initiated from other departments of the Lombard Odier Group and with the assistance of the department in charge of operations and organization /liliLead a variety of projects, ranging from electronic signature implementation to document management (GED) initiatives /lipbYOUR PROFILE  /b /pliMinimum 5 years of relevant work experience in banking or fiduciary environment in a similar role or equivalent /liliGood knowledge of regulatory requirements of Swiss Law, specifically FINMA’s circulars on AML and risk topics, corporate law, AMLA, FADP and cross-border rules (soft law) /liliGood experience in the fields of compliance and risk researches and controls /liliKnowledge of SQL language and overall understanding of IT hardware and software in order to be able to exchange with IT persons and popularize for non IT persons /liliProficient level with Microsoft office tools, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe acrobat and ability to self-learn other applications /liliVersatile, analytical, long term oriented, good interpersonal skills, willing to learn, tenacious, team player and communicator /liliFluent in French and English /lilibResident in Switzerland /b /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
